COVID-19 Updates

****PLEASE NOTE: Gunnison law requires masks to be worn at all times in any enclosed commercial space.  So please wear a mask or something to cover your nose and mouth when you are anywhere outside of your room. Out of respect for other guests, please maintain social distancing and safe hygiene as well.  This means giving others 6+ feet of space, washing your hands whenever you enter the house, using disinfectant to wipe down after you use the kitchen, and using hand sanitizer.****

Changing with

the times

We have been fortunate to be able to reopen with open arms, however, we have adapted our everyday living practices to keep us all safe and comfortable in these changing times.

Cleaning practices

While we have always prided ourselves on our incredibly clean spaces, we have increased our cleaning practices to ensure guest and staff safety.  In accordance with Gunnison legislature, all guests are required to wear a mask in our interior shared spaces and ask that everyone maintains a distance of at least 6ft apart. Additionally, our incredible staff professionally cleans and sanitizes multiple times daily with CDC & EPA approved disinfectants. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cleaning practices, please don't hesitate to give us a call or shoot us an email.

New Policies

In order to limit the amount of face to face contact, we are no longer having set office hours. If you would like to inquire about a nightly rental, please call between 8am-10pm to speak to a staff member or leave a message if they can't get to the phone. Once you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation email outlining our new policies and check in information. Then, before you arrive, we will contact you with information on getting into the house and up to your room. A staff member is on call 24/7 if you run into any troubles or have any questions.

Guest Responsibilities

Please come prepared with a mask to wear in our communal spaces such as the living room, dining room, and kitchen.  No more than 3 guests (different households) can cook at one time to avoid overcrowding in the kitchen.   Be aware of your contact and distance from others during your stay.
