• Private Rooms:  Double bed, can accommodate up to 2 people  $45-$52/night (+ tax)
• Family Room:  On request (up to 6 people) call for rates
• House rental for reunions, graduations, and events also available

• Prices include linens and towels
• Laundry ($6/load)
• Shower for non-guests ($5)
• Non-refundable pet deposit ($5/night)
• A 2.5% surcharge will be applied to guests paying with credit cards

 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your scheduled arrival or 50% of your total amount due will be applied
• No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount
• Groups of 10 or more will be charged full price if cancellation is made within 2 weeks of arrival.  Within 30 days, 50% will be charged
